bulker is the powerful bulk sms software using this you can easy send the sms to any country without restrictions. It has multiple api integrations like bulkgate, nexmo, twilio sms77, clicktell, clicksend, sinch, plivo and many more all popular and good apis that helps you to delivered your messsage without any problem.
also you can send using your devices as sms getway using pushbullet it can help you to send sms but it uses your sim card and devices infos.
